Yes We Are Talking About Erections
Encountering the male physiological response to parasympathetic arousal is a frequent occurrence in the massage profession.
Becoming relaxed does different things to different people. One of those relaxation things can mean as a man your penis may become erect. Do not worry, this is a healthy, normal, regular response for some men. This reaction is very similar to the reaction to relaxation can also happen to men when they awake in the morning after a relaxing sleep. So getting a erection is a perfectly normal human response as long as you don’t expose it, or manipulate it in any way, than the therapist will ignore it as should you and continue on with the treatment.
It is very common for men to get an erection during a non-sexual, therapeutic, full body massage. This does not indicate the presence of emotional or sexual desire. Touch administered to any part of the body can activate the parasympathetic nervous system, which can result in a partial or complete erection.
If you as the client feel uncomfortable at any point you can as for the session to stop or to take a moment with no hands on to give your system a moment.
Also if the therapist feels uncomfortable at any point they do have the right to end the massage. It is never the therapists intent to create sexual arousal during a session. If it happens the therapist is usually confident your intent isn’t sexually inappropriate. A client with sexual intent or displaying inappropriate behavior necessitates immediate termination of a session and the client will be responsible for full payment for the session
During a massage you do need to keep your hands on the massage table, dangling by the tables side, or where your therapist puts them.
