You will be charged full price for any appointment canceled less than 24 hours.

You will be charged full price for any appointments in which you pull a no call no show.

If a client is tardy the time will be taken off of their massage, but you will pay full price for the massage appointment.

Unless the therapist agrees otherwise, any appointment that you are 15 minutes or more late for will be canceled and you will be responsible for the payment of the massage in full.

A copy of a current credit or debit card must be kept on file at all times, but will not be charges unless you cancel less than 24 hours, pull a no call no show, or are more than 15 minutes late for your appointment and have not contacted A Moment Away.
